Ingelise Arntsen is educated at the Handelshøjskolen Syd business school in Denmark. She was Executive Vice President in Statkraft from 2003 to 2007 and has long experience from other companies in the energy sector. She has been Executive Vice President of REC ASA and Aibel, as well as CEO of SFE and a technology development company within floating wind. Arntsen has held board positions in Petoro, Nammo, NordPool and BKK, among others.

Marit Salte holds a Master of Finance from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and is Business Candidate in Economy and Administration, including auditor's commercial law and taxation exams, from the University of Stavanger.
Salte has since 2005 been CFO of the Smedvig Family Office (SFO) in Stavanger, Norway. She was also CFO and Compliance Officer for Smedvig Asset Allocation AS from 2007 to 2012. She was Finance Manager for Smedvig from 2002 to 2005. From 1999 to 2002 she held the position as Finance Manager for O.C. Østraadt AS, and from 1997 to 1998 she was Accounting Manager for Sandnes Uldvarefabrik. She has also worked for KPMG in Stavanger.
Salte holds several board positions in Smedvig related companies in the UK, Ireland, Jersey and Norway in addition to being a member of the board of Det Stavangerske Dampskibsselskab (DSD).
Marte Lind holds a MSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim. She has worked at Statkraft since 2008.She heads Energy Management Nordics in Statkraft's business area Markets.

Mikael Lundin is educated at Stockholm School of Economics and has 25 years of experience from the energy market, including eight years as CEO for Nord Pool and nine years in various management positions in Vattenfall.
Peter Mellbye has had a long career in Statoil (now Equinor), 20 years as part of the corporate management. He holds several other board positions.
Pål Erik Sjåtil holds a Master's in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He currently heads the investment company Lightrock. Prior to this he held several positions at consulting company McKinsey, including Managing Partner in Europe. Sjåtil also has a background from the Royal Norwegian Air Force.
