The team of Tama Group has started to work in the health care sector since 1990 under the umbrella of a multinational Egyptian trading company. The objective of the team was to create a profitable health division within the group with specialized skills serving the health care sector. Since its establishment, Tama has adopted a strategy of horizontal diversification within its domain, a strategy that resulted in the creation of a broad range of activities involving importation, distribution, export, joint manufacturing, and know how transfer. As the business grew in magnitude, the need to from a dedicated company was more pressing and hence the birth of Tama Group as specialized company in handling the group's increasing share of the health care sector... The management is the uppermost organ of our company. It implements the strategy decided by the administrative board and orients it regularly via the course of business.
