Mr Condely has had a diverse teaching background within schools, including teaching experience in the United Kingdom for four years. At Swan Hill Primary School, he has worked in various roles for over fifteen years; gaining valuable experience as a classroom teacher, P.E. teacher, Year-Level Leader, Teaching and Learning Coach and Sub-School Leader. In 2021, Mr Condely completed further study and received a Statement of Readiness in the Victorian Aspiring Principal Assessment (VAPA), which focused on developing strengths and improving leadership skills. He has a passion for students' wellbeing and has a strong skill-set for dealing with behaviour management; focusing on building positive relationships with all stakeholders! Mr Condely loves getting out into the playground and strives to give student voice within our school, particularly with lunchtime activities and our Games Room. Mr Condely connects well with families and has a strong rapport with our school community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr Condely has worked tirelessly to help ensure our staff and students have a safe and supportive learning environment. Within our local community, Mr Condely continues his strong interest in working with all students to achieve success. With a Major in Physical Education, he also loves to be active and is a great role model for encouraging all students to be fit and healthy. His volunteering extends to his sporting club, Swan Hill Football and Netball Club, where he has worked as the AFL Auskick Co-ordinator for several years. We are proud to have such a dedicated teacher working at our school. Mr Condely always conducts himself with a high-level of professionalism and confidently and addresses issues in a flexible and approachable way. Mr Condely hopes to continue to improve teaching and learning of all students in his role as Assistant School Principal and is well supported by the leadership team around him. Mrs Hayley Doyle

Mrs Hayley Doyle is a highly-regarded leader of our school and was appointed in 2017. Mrs Doyle is very approachable and encourages an open-door policy for any parents or new families. She is highly professional in her role and very receptive to new ideas or concerns. Her calm and thoughtful approach will ensure that you are listened to, and supported in all aspects of school life at Swan Hill Primary School. Mrs Doyle speaks very well at our school assemblies and events, and proudly represents our school on all occasions. Mrs Doyle has been heavily involved in the leadership team since coming to Swan Hill Primary School over 15 years ago. Her passion is around literacy and the improvement of our teaching and learning skills in this area. Whilst on maternity leave, Mrs Doyle completed her Masters in Educational Leadership. She applies and shares this knowledge during our staff and professional learning meetings on a regular basis. Mrs Doyle is currently the Southern Mallee Principal Network Chair, which involves leading Principal collegiality and professional learning across the network. Since Mrs Doyle's appointment as Principal, she has led a capital works project that resulted in the introduction of a wellbeing hub to accommodate the school's multi-disciplinary approach to supporting a range of student needs, including consult rooms for outside agencies to use to provide support to students and their families. The school has also helped co-ordinate a co-location of a Shine Bright Kindergarten and has plans for an inclusive playground to be built at Swan Hill Primary School in 2022. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mrs Doyle has safely led our school and worked hard to successfully follow the Department of Education directives in relation to COVID-19 management in schools. With such a comprehensive and impressive teaching history, Swan Hill Primary School was very proud to see Mrs Doyle as a finalist in the 2021 Victorian Education Excellence Awards, in the Outstanding Primary Principal category.
