The Alembics Lab brings the three pillars of aromatic distillation together under one roof-hydrosols, essential oils, and alcohol. These techniques are the gateways to working with natural flavour and aroma... Jill created The Alembics Lab to share her popular NZ-based distillation workshops with a wider audience, and from there it has grown into a learning hub for many colleagues and collaborators.
