In 1996, Jeffrey Loy created a business to make his knowledge of full-service, multi-platform I.T. support accessible to his community. The company (at the time called Mac After Hours), was a part-time passion project for Jeffrey that operated at night, so people working during the day could bring their technology in to be repaired. The business started to take off though, and by 1998 he started taking on some employees to help with the work.
