"The Suited for Success team really enjoyed our persona workshop session with Helen. It was great to spend time as a team really getting clarity about the client groups we already support also the new clients we want to reach.
Sadly due to the covid pandemic, many people have lost their jobs. As a charity that supports the unemployed to regain employment, we started to become overwhelmed with the challenge of who we can help while at the same time knowing that we couldn't help everyone.
The persona workshop helped us to gain clarity around our client groups, also helping us to understand our clients better ( i.e their personal challenges, issues, and barriers to employment) so we can best support them.
The Personas are also being used to help train our new volunteers and drive our charity's purpose and mission forward."
