Damian Lo Basso - CFO

Damian is responsible for the oversight and management of the financial affairs of TCG. Damian has over 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Prior to founding Compass CFO Solutions, Damian led the finance and accounting divisions for RIA platform service provider Dynasty Financial Partners. He then served as the Vice President of alternative asset manager CoVenture. Damian began his career in the investment banking department of Deutsche Bank Securities. Damian is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and is a regular contributor to Forbes and various wealth management news outlets.

Gregory Clifford - CEO, Founder

Gregory Clifford is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Clifford Group, a wealth advisory firm. Greg is passionately dedicated to bringing meaning and joy to all The Clifford Group's clients. Greg directs the design and development of customized strategies for individuals and families nationwide, integrating the extensive resources of his team. He applies the insight he has gained from helping families manage, deploy and transfer assets effectively. He has in-depth experience in generational wealth planning, asset allocation and portfolio construction while being mindful of each client's cash flow needs and long-term objectives. Greg savors the relationships he has built with his clients over the years, engaging with each family's goals and aspirations in a meaningful way. He is also focused on the management of the firm and strategic oversight. Prior to founding The Clifford Group, Greg spent over a decade at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He founded a leading practice there and spent years as a distinguished top advisor in the firm. Greg has received numerous national accolades over the years. Forbes has named him one of "America's Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisors". Additionally, Forbes has named Greg as a "Best-In-State Next Generation Wealth Advisor" twice now. Most recently, AdvisorHub named Greg to their "50 Next Gen Advisors to Watch". Greg holds a Bachelor's degree from Hobart College in Geneva, NY. While attending Hobart, Greg was the captain of the football team and continues his support for Hobart's athletic programs as a member of the Statesmen Athletic Association. Greg lives in Sudbury, MA with his family and they are active in the community. He has run the Boston Marathon in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Research. Sarah Ludden - COO

Sarah leads all operational efforts of The Clifford Group. As the firm's Director of Operations, she helps coordinate client service, new client onboarding, custodial operations and compliance. Sarah brings extensive knowledge of the industry and has a passion for helping ensure TCG clients receive the best possible experience. She is a vital member of the team and provides direct support and task management to many at the firm. In her role, she also works with the CEO in managing strategic initiatives for the company. Sarah joined The Clifford Group with a tenured background in wealth management, having spent the last 15 years at independent fiduciary firms. Most recently, Sarah worked at Ballentine Partners and prior to that she spent many years at Fiduciary Trust. Sarah attended Northeastern University receiving her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. She currently is pursuing her CFP designation through Boston University's Center for Professional Education. Sarah lives locally with her family and enjoys long-distance racing, having participated in two Ragnar competitions, a two hundred mile relay race.
