Alex began working at TMC Ltd in April 2018 He enjoys working at TMC Ltd, as the workplace environment is really good. The office is open plan and the team are a great bunch of people. He finds it rewarding to be picking up new skills and experience. Alex enjoys working independently and as part of a team and finds a good mix of that in his role as Business Manager. Outside of work, Alex is kept busy in his role as Vice President of Musical Theatre Dunedin

Craig Marwick

Craig brings a wealth of industry experience to his role as fleet manager, as he's been in the roading industry for almost 30 years. Craig has been with TMC Ltd since 2014. During his time with TMC Ltd he has received an award from Dunedin Hospital for his contribution to health and safety with upgrading the helicopter pad to be earthquake safe. Craig enjoys interacting with clients and solving problems for them. He's driven to do the best for his customers, and regularly liaises with the office and clients to get projects finished promptly. In his role as fleet manager, he likes working with a wide variety of people, getting to travel and the variety of work. For Craig, health and safety is paramount to his role, the public, and TMC Ltd. Outside of work, Craig enjoys golf; although he admits to not being the best player, four wheel driving and spending time with friends and family.

Dianne Smeehuyzen

Dianne joined the Accounts Receivable team in June 2019. Learning about a compliance based business has been a big learning curve and a good challenge, and Dianne believes it goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks. Dianne enjoys connecting with stakeholders like clients, staff and management. Over her 40 year plus career Dianne has worked in many administrative accounts roles, including with a law firm, stationery wholesaler and accounting practice. In her earlier life, Dianne qualified as a Baker, progressing right through to Foreman and Office Manager with multiple retail outlets. This is a skill appreciated by the TMC staff, as delicious treats sometimes make their way from Dianne's kitchen to work! Outside of work Dianne has held administrative roles in Netball and Brass Band. She is a Life Member and past President of Brass Band New Zealand and still actively involved. Her main volunteer role is now as a Justice of the Peace for her community. In 2020, Dianne was awarded the MNZM under the New Zealand Order of Merit honours, for services to brass band.

Kylie Hayes

Kylie Hayes started with Traffic Management & Control Ltd (TMC Ltd) in June 2011 and has gained a wide range of experience in the industry from the ground up. At TMC Ltd, she's done everything from traffic management plans and quotes, to retail sales, invoicing, and even been at the other end of a stop/go paddle or helping with event traffic management. Kylie is a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) Level 1. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma for Graduates from Otago University. Before TMC Ltd, Kylie spent several years in business administration, working across payroll, accounts, tax and staff management. Kylie's organisational skills and initiative make her a real asset to the TMC Ltd management team. If she doesn't know something, she is always prepared to go and find the answer. She is always looking for ways to improve the systems and processes of the business and make TMC Ltd the best it can be. Kylie believes it's important to always be fair in a leadership role. Kylie believes in never asking staff to do something that she wouldn't be prepared to undertake herself. Seeing positive results for TMC Ltd from having input into high level management decision making, along with the other senior staff, gives Kylie a great sense of satisfaction. The team at TMC Ltd are such a great bunch of people, who support each other, even when it comes to crunch time. Seeing what the team at TMC Ltd are achieving as a company is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, Kylie sings with the Cantores Choir. Most weekends, you will find her volunteering at the Orokonui Ecosanctuary, which has also been a great spot for igniting a passion in wildlife photography.

Mike Brown

Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as operations and service manager, having spent 26 years working in the building industry, and 8 years in a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) qualified role. Mike has been with TMC Ltd for almost two years. He finds it rewarding when a project runs smoothly and is done properly. The health and safety of the TMC Ltd is incredibly important to Mike, and he spends his day-to-day checking that projects are safe and compliant. TMC Ltd has a great bunch of people, who are a good group of workers. Mike has a passion for classic cars and on the weekends you'll either find him out in his classic car or playing lawn bowls.

Peter Graham - Managing Director

Peter founded Traffic Management & Control Limited (TMC Ltd) in 2003. Since founding TMC Ltd, Peter has worked on a range of traffic management sites and projects in Otago and throughout New Zealand, including major events. Peter has diversified TMC Ltd into four key divisions: retail; selling safety equipment, hire; hiring safety equipment, training provider; providing training across New Zealand and traffic management services; from plan design to qualified staff managing the sites. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and qualifications to TMC Ltd. He is a certified Level 1 New Zealand Transport Agency Accredited Trainer and regularly provides training throughout New Zealand. He has a Certificate in Small Business Management, and a Diploma of Business Management and Financial Management from the Otago Chamber of Commerce. Peter was invited to be a part of the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) review group working on the new competencies and changes to the NZTA framework in 2017. Outside of work, Peter is a keen sailor. He has sailed competitively overseas and locally and has won the Laser Radial South Island competition 7 times. He enjoys training new sailors and sponsoring sailing events. He's a keen sports fan who enjoys watching sport and keeping fit.

Scott has been with TMC Ltd since the company started in 2003. Scott runs STMS Courses, TC Courses and Refresher Courses. He is an accredited NZTA Trainer and ConstructSafe supervisor.

Stefanie Davis

Stefanie started with TMC Ltd in July 2016 and brings industry experience to her role as training course coordinator from time spent in office communications and eight years as an administration assistant. Originally from Germany, Stefanie completed an apprenticeship as an office communication clerk in 2008 and moved to New Zealand with her family in 2015. She is a well organised and self-motivated member of the TMC Ltd team. This is crucial to her role as training course coordinator, as is good time management, and being self-directed. In her day-to-day she enjoys working with the TMC Ltd team and finds it rewarding to have contact with different clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
