Amber guides our creative direction to ensure aesthetics and guest-driven atmosphere match the quality of the food.

George Athanasiadis

George Athanasiadis has a history of managing several successful businesses. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's of Science in electrical engineering. He then continued his education and obtained a master's degree in business and a master's degree in information technology. While his career and educational paths do not appear to match fast casual restaurants, George brings his skill set to address the financial aspect of operations.

He brings award winning festival food and out-of-the-box thinking to the world of fast casual restaurants.

Tim Seivers

Tim Seivers has been in the food industry as a master concessionaire for more than 40 years. Tim has provided high quality food to customers at numerous public events, including NFL games, concerts, air shows, festivals, and other sporting events. Tim has always been an entrepreneur. Tim brings his extensive food and business experience to create a successful environment that other entrepreneurs can thrive in.
