Brad A. Lich is executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Eastman Chemical Company. Mr. Raisbeck was Vice Chairman of Cargill, Incorporated, an agricultural trading and processing company, from 1999 until his retirement in 2008, and was a director of Cargill until September 2009. He joined Cargill in 1971 and held a variety of merchandising and management positions focused primarily in the commodity and financial trading businesses. Mr. Raisbeck was appointed President of Cargill's Financial Markets Division in 1988 and President of Cargill's Trading Sector in 1993, was elected a director of Cargill in 1994 and Executive Vice President in 1995. Dr. Chris Killian is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Killian has responsibility for Eastman's global technology organization. Prior to this position he served as VP for Additives and Functional Products, Chemical Intermediates and Corporate Technology and VP for Advanced Materials Technology. Chris joined Eastman in 1996 as a research chemist. During his career at Eastman, he has held various leadership positions in technology and the business. These positions included Director of the Tritan™ Growth Platform, Director Polymers Technology, Director Coatings & Adhesives Technology. He holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from University of North Carolina Greensboro, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in organic chemistry from University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill (UNC). Dr. Lucian Boldea is Executive Vice President, Additives & Functional Products and Chemical Intermediates for Eastman Chemical Company. Boldea has global responsibility for strategy, business operations, and financial performance. Prior to this position, he was Senior Vice President, Additives & Functional Products. Boldea is a native of Romania. He holds a B.S. degree in chemistry from the University of West Florida, a Doctor of Philosophy degree in organic chemistry from the University of Florida, and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. Boldea joined Eastman in 1997 as a chemist. During his career at Eastman, he has held various positions in R & D, licensing, business management, and corporate growth platforms leadership. These positions included Technology Director for Performance Chemicals and Intermediates (PCI), Director of Corporate Growth Platforms and Vice President and General Manager, Specialty Plastics. During his career, Boldea has been actively involved with Society of Chemical Manufacturers & Affiliates (SOCMA); Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT); and, American Chemistry Council (ACC). He is also an active member of the Wharton Alumni Association. Boldea and his wife reside in Kingsport, Tennessee, with their youngest son; their other two sons attend college at UC Berkeley and Georgia Tech. During his 22 years in Kingsport, he has been involved in a variety of volunteer activities, including Friends in Need, Big Brother/Big Sisters of Tri-Cities, and the Kingsport City School system. Mr. Butler is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Union Pacific Corporation. Kellye Walker is executive vice president and chief legal officer for Eastman. Perry Stuckey is the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Eastman Chemical Company. Stuckey is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Prior to joining Eastman, Stuckey was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Hill-Rom Company in Batesville, Indiana. Hill-Rom is a global medical technology company with operations in 30 countries. Before that, he was Global Vice President for Human Resources at Rockwell Automation, a $6.4 billion global automation and electronics company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with operations in more than 80 countries. There he was responsible for the human resources function that covered 12,000 employees worldwide. He also managed the development and execution of strategies involving people across the global organization to drive business growth. Prior to his eleven years at Rockwell, Stuckey was director of human resources for Monsanto Company, where he directed all aspects of human resources for a global business unit which included sales, marketing, engineering, research and development, and manufacturing operations within the business unit globally. He is a member of the Human Resources Policy Organization, the Executive Leadership Council, and the CHRO Board Academy. He is also a Trustee on the Board of Governors for the American Health Policy Institute based in Washington DC. He serves on the Board of Directors of "Healthier Tennessee," Governor Bill Haslam's initiative to encourage Tennesseans to adopt healthy lifestyles. In March 2014 and March 2016, Stuckey was named by Savoy Magazine as one of the top 100 influential black executives in corporate America.

Following that, she served in senior financial positions with several major companies from 1986 until 1996, including five years at Phelps Dodge Corporation where she had financial responsibilities for its international businesses including Columbian Chemicals Corporation.
