I have been a stay-at-home mom the last 25+ years, though I did do the bookkeeping for our small cleaning business. Hello, I am Antoinette Holmes, the Founder of Veritas Consultant Group, Inc. with over 30 years of accounting experience in various industries such as construction, tech, medical, restaurant, service, retail, professional, logistics, insurance, and cannabis industry. Through teamwork with professional partners, I have thrived on supporting business owners with their accounting needs throughout the West Coast and beyond. I have taken tremendous pride in leading the expanding Veritas team towards growth and prosperity in the coming years. My passion is to provide long term business and community relationships to my clients and business partners.
My name is Cody Price. At Veritas I handle the legal oversight and corporate compliance side of the client accounts. My goal is to identify legal and compliance gaps within each client's business operations, prior to a regulator doing the same. Typically, I will do a site visit to perform a deep dive. Shortly thereafter, an action plan is in place to clean up and compliance install that which your businesses operations requires.
I have been serving as an outsourced legal/compliance expert in highly regulated markets for my entire working career spanning 20 years.
I utilize my experience and vast understanding of what it takes to compliantly operate complex corporate structures. My goal is to position businesses for accelerated growth and efficiency in processes. The end result is more time for growth, which comes fast after I can streamline compliance and operations.
I am relied upon to take care of the minutia and details of every compliance related task. Allowing more time to focus on what operators do best, which is to grow the company.
I have served as Chief Compliance Officer, Director of Finance, and/or Chief Financial Officer at several businesses over the past 20 years. I have been able to successfully and compliantly onboard; compliance auditing, state licensing, payroll auditing, banking auditing, insurance oversight, and review of complex employee benefits packages.
