Ersin Öztaş completed his education at the Faculty of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University. Working as an architect in Aks Architecture office between 1992-1993, Mr. Öztaş worked as Bayındır A.Ş. He worked as Product Designer, Design Office Manager, Field and Production Technical Manager at the Wooden Construction Elements factory.
Ethem Öztaş completed his education at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at 9 Eylül University. Having worked as an engineer in the R&D department of Raks A.Ş. between 1987-1988, Mr. Öztaş has continued his business life in the family business in the field of trade and financial affairs since 1988.
In 1997, he pioneered the transformation of the family company into a limited liability company and while working in the fields of business development and financial affairs in the companies within Öztaş, he gave priority to the Assistant Industry activities for the White Goods and Automotive sectors.
Having been the Chairman of the Board of Öztaş A.Ş. since 2019, Mr. Öztaş is fluent in English.
After receiving engineering education, Turgay Dağ started his career in the field of production and planning at Meltem Klima ve Heating. He has worked for Indesit Company in both industrial and commercial functions for 20 years. Following the acquisition of Indesit Company by Whirlpool, he served as Vice President in Turkey and later joined the Aristonthermo Group as a regional leader to manage the central Asian, Turkish and Romanian markets.
Mr. Dağ is still actively involved in various sectoral NGOs and Start-up companies, including Boğaziçi University's TTO, for the transfer of knowledge and technology to industrial companies.
