Our small group atmosphere is a safe, effective way for our clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. With no more than 4 women in a session, we can give our clients the best hour-long workout there is! We cater to all levels from beginners to advanced. We are passionate in what we do therefore we motivate, educate, and share all our knowledge and skills with our clients. Our clients are our priority and so, they become a part of our family. We are health, we are strong, we are fitness... We do not charge start-up, hidden, or yearly fees, or have you locked into a contract like many other fitness organizations. We offer a simple affordable ‘pay as you go" monthly membership.
