For the headlight design, research and development projects, we use Software like UG, CATIA, ASAP for product modeling and simulation of optical design. Depend on years of hard work and accumulation, we worked out a complete set of standard processes in new product development. Its products developed shall be put into production after a series of standardized procedures as from data structure, design validation of rapid prototyping, mold design and development, small batch production and mass production. In addition, we have developed a standard database for product design of auto lamps, which greatly shortens the product development period and ensures product quality stability.....
