Twizted Tree, like most businesses, started with an idea on paper. I went through many iterations of business names and product offerings. Most were pretty vanilla, in an over-served market, with no originality. It was this realization that gave me my first real "WTF? moment." This is my business. This is my opportunity to do things my way. I am not interested in making the same cookie-cutter wood cutouts we have seen adorning gardens in the suburbs since the 80s. If people want those they are a dime a dozen. Our products need to be interesting. Our wood carvings should be something you can't find at a local craft store. I didn't want to "think outside of the box"; I wanted to destroy that box. I want to provide services and goods for people with a more unique taste.
