Due to the COVID-19 Health Crisis we are all facing, Waggoner Local Fare is currently closed. We will open as soon as possible and updates will be posted as we receive them... Waggoner Local Fare was established in 2018. After years of amateur sausage making and meat smoking resulting in increasing demand for the resulting meat products from friends and acquaintances, it was time to open up a professional smokehouse and sausage shop. The vision was to provide customers with top quality craft made meat products that melt in the customers mouth. Top quality meats and spices are carefully combined to make one of a kind culinary delights. All products must pass the scrutiny of our palates before becoming available to customers.
