Westerra Development, Inc. is a full-service drafting and design firm owned and operated by Pat and Tracey Paskell and located in Crestview, Florida. We are a family-owned business that currently has six employees. Established in 2004, Westerra Development has over twenty years of combined experience in designing homes and commercial buildings for the Florida panhandle as well as in other states, including Alabama, Georgia and Texas. The majority of our homes we have designed are in the South Walton area, including Santa Rosa Beach, Inlet Beach, Seacrest Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Freeport and Defuniak Springs. We have also designed many homes in Santa Rosa County, including Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, Milton and Pace. Of course, many of our house plans are for our neighbors in Crestview, Baker, Niceville and Fort Walton Beach, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola...
