Amanda Stropes

Amanda received her Master's in Social Work from Indiana University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience spanning nearly two decades. As a clinician she serves both youth and adults providing evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning including a range of support services. In addition to her clinical role, she is the Director of Behavioral Health services for WindRose Health Network. Amanda is passionate about helping people through life changes and challenges. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and her dogs. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading. Amanda currently resides in Greenwood, Indiana.

Catherine "Cathy" Walker

Cathy Walker, MA, LMHC, attended IUPUI where she received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2012 and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2014. As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), she has experience in the specialty areas of substance use and eye movement desensitization and preprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Cathy works with patients of all ages delivering personalized therapy to advance the overall health and well-being of patients. Cathy resides in North Vernon with her husband and their beagle named Bingo. She has three children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Joshua Herber

Dr. Joshua Herber is a highly skilled pediatrician dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to children of all ages. With a strong educational background and extensive training in pediatric cardiology, Dr. Herber brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency in pediatrics through the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Furthermore, he attained specialized training in pediatric cardiology with the completion of a fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Herber believes in a patient-centered approach, where each child is treated as an individual with unique needs. Driven by his passion for helping children thrive, he takes the time to listen to both the patients and their families, understanding the importance of building strong relationships based on trust and open communication. With his specialized training in pediatric cardiology, Dr. Herber possesses an exceptional understanding of the complexities of cardiac conditions in children. He provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents. He believes in empowering families by educating them about their child's condition and involving them in the decision-making process. Dr. Herber understands the importance of fostering a supportive environment, where families feel comfortable asking questions and sharing their concerns. Dr. Herber resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife, kids and his dog Luna. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping and 3D printing/flying RC airplanes.

Gregg Grote - CFO

Prior to joining Windrose Health Network as its Chief Financial Officer in 2016, Gregg served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shalom Health Care Center for eight years. Before that, Gregg was the Director of Operations at the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA). Mr. Grote has garnered extensive experience, knowledge, and skills in the areas of nonprofit finance and accounting, administration, practice management, personnel management and office management. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in a health-related field from the University of Missouri.

Jada Glanzman

Jada joined Windrose Health Network in 2019. She attended Indiana University and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. She has over 20 years' experience in health practice management. She was Senior Administrator with Solutions Healthcare Management from 2002-2019, where she served as Practice Manager and Consultant for four practices. Jada also has experience as Software Trainer/Installation Specialist, assisting over 30 physician office management teams in implementing the Ideal software system. She is also proficient with the Prism Medical Software System. Jada lives in Noblesville with her husband and two children.

Kathleen Cooper - CHRO

Kathleen "Kat" Cooper joined Windrose Health Network in 2019 as Director of Human Resources. She received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management (OLS) with a minor in Human Resources from Purdue University in 1989. Kat has experience in the healthcare field where she has served as Corporate Human Resources Director at Indiana Masonic Home from 2009 to 2017 and Corporate Human Resources Director for Hamilton Center, Inc., from 2005 to 2008. She is proficient in Federal/State laws, including FMLA, Wage and Hour, and Equal Opportunity Laws. She has been the legal liaison for employee-based EEOC and civil cases. Kat has received several certifications, including Psychological First Aid Trainer from FEMA and Member of Task Force 5 Emergency Management.

Kimberly Newlin

Prior to joining Windrose Health Network, Kimberly Newlin was the Chief Operating Officer of Jane Pauley Community Health Center from 2012 to 2020. Before that, she was Operations and Human Resources Director of Shalom Health Care Center. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science-Business Administration in Marketing and Management, from Indiana Tech and graduated Summa cum laude. She attended the University of California and received her certification for the UCLA/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program. In addition to her extensive experience working in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Kimberly has been a Member of the Health Policy Committee for the Indiana Primary Care Association since 2017 and a Member of the Personnel Committee for the Indiana Primary Health Care Association since 2018.

Laura Pryor

Laura Pryor began working at the Trafalgar Family Health Center as a Charge Nurse in 2001. She also has held the positions of Clinical Care Coordinator and Director of Quality and Disease Management prior to being promoted to the position of Chief Quality Officer in 2014. Ms. Pryor has worked in a variety of medical settings including long-term care, rehabilitation and emergency medicine. Among her many duties, Laura currently spearheads WHN's company-wide implementation of the Health Care Home service model. Ms. Pryor received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Indiana University in 1991 and her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2011 from Walden University.

Lauren Connell

Dr. Connell is passionate about women's health and giving attentive and quality care to all her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her puppy Rue, trying new restaurants (especially for brunch), and traveling. Dr. Connell resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mark Rueth

Mark Rueth, PharmD, will be the Pharmacist in Charge at WindRoseRx - Epler Parke. Mark is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate of the School of Pharmacy, Purdue University. He has spent the past 19 years serving customers at various retail pharmacies including Walgreens and ReCept Pharmacy. Mark provides personalized service understanding each patient has unique needs, including timely medication access and refills, medication counseling, and education for customers. In addition, he acts as a resource to medical professionals including doctors and nurses. Mark is committed to serving the pharmacy needs of our community and providing convenient service - one prescription, one customer at a time. Mark, along with his family, reside on the south side of Indianapolis. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He coaches his son's flag football and wrestling team.

Matt Dingledy

Matt Dingledy has been a part of the WindRose team in various capacities since 2008, most recently as IT Director. He holds an AS from Ivy Tech and a BLS from Indiana University. Matt previously worked in IT in manufacturing and as a consultant for several years, gaining experience in many different verticals. Matt holds several industry certifications/specializations from Cisco, Microsoft and others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his four children and attending concerts around the Indianapolis area.

Melanie Pumphrey

Melanie Pumphrey joined WHN in November 2019. She has over 17 years of experience in health care management. She obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Health Administration from Indiana University, Indianapolis. She has experience in the FQHC setting as Indiana Health Centers, Inc. and Indiana University Health Physicians. She has worked in the outpatient, long-term care, inpatient and home visit setting.

Oluwabusayo "Ann" Adebusuyi

Oluwabusayo (Ann) Adebusuyi MD received her medical degree at luliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She went on to receive her Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics and completed her pediatric residency at Riley Children's Hospital, IN. As a pediatric physician, she delivers personalized evidence-based care with an emphasis on quality and building relationships with her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling. Dr. Adebusuyi resides in Carmel, IN with her husband and two sons.

Sarah J. Ward

Sarah Ward serves as the primary liaison within the community for public and patient health advocacy and resources. She leads education and well-being outreach, strategic marketing initiatives, and the Extra Mile Fund patient philanthropy efforts. She earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in business administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2004. Additionally, she earned her diploma in finance and management from Connecticut School of Finance and Management in 2011. In 2021 she earned her Master of Science (MS) degree in psychology from Purdue University Global. Sarah is a lifetime member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society for Psychology and Society for Colligate Leadership and Achievement. She serves as a QPR Institute Certified Suicide Prevention Instructor providing complimentary QPR Institute Gatekeeper training to the public. Her experience working within the healthcare industry spans more than two decades in a variety of leadership roles. Sarah serves as the ex-officio of the WindRose Health Network Patient Advocacy Committee, leads and deploys a triyearly Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), and participates in numerous industry organizations, collaboratives, and boards such as the Indiana Healthcare Executives Network, Baxter YMCA, and Empower Johnson County. In her spare time, she enjoys faith-based servanthood and spending time with her husband Eric and their family.

Scott K. Rollett - CEO

Scott K. Rollett has served as WHN's Chief Operating Officer since August of 2016 and was WHN's Chief Financial Officer from April 2004 to July 2016. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Evansville in 1993, (graduating Summa Cum Laude), an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana in 2001. He became a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) in 2005 and became a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) in 2023. Scott has worked in the healthcare industry since 1993 and has been a senior administrator for more than 20 years. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hancock Health Network, and the Accounting Manager of Tri-State Medical Management, a physician network owned by Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and spending time with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Shelley Landis

Shelley Landis, LCSW, received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received her Masters of Social Work from Indiana University in Indianapolis. She is EMDR certiļ¬ed and an EMDR Consultant-in-Training. Shelley has clinical experience with traumatized populations as well as experience with diverse populations. She has worked for several organizations as Neighborhood Program Therapist, School of Social Work Adjunct Faculty, Psychiatric Social Worker, and Substance Abuse Counselor. She was also a volunteer with Americorps Vista. Shelley is a resident of Indianapolis with her daughter and two cats. She enjoys biking, hiking, and watching her daughter's soccer games.

Teresa Horsley

Teresa began working in patient accounts at Methodist Hospital in 1983. From there, she worked for the OB/GYN residency program and gained experience in the front office as well as the back office. She served as office manager there until Healthnet (FQHC) merged with the residency program and she became Billing Manager. She credentialed all new residents and enrolled four new health centers as well as dental offices. She has a total of 30 years of billing experience and was instrumental in the implementation of eClinicalworks at Healthnet. She has a vast amount of experience with FQHC billing and provider credentialing. Teresa has been married for 38 years and is the proud mother of two, grandmother of five and great-grandmother of four. She enjoys reading, crafts and spending time at her cabin on the lake with her husband and her family.
