Angela Tillman was born and raised in the DC metropolitan area. She has worked in Human Resources and Accounting for over 15 years and has been working with Zane Networks since May 2018 as the Accounts Manager/Office Manager. She has a B.S. in Health Science from Lincoln University and holds professional certificates in accounting, management, and human resources, with a minor in Statistics. She currently lives in Upper Marlboro, raising her only daughter who is quoted as "her other heartbeat". She is an avid traveler and is involved in many community organizations including the Alzheimer's Association which is dear to her heart.

Brenda Donald

Brenda Donald is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Southeast, where most of the families she has served over her 30 year career live. A dedicated public servant, Ms. Donald has served as Deputy Mayor, Director of the Child and Family Services Agency and in various other positions for three DC Mayors and as Cabinet Secretary for Human Services in Maryland. She recently stepped down as Executive Director of the DC Housing Authority and has established a consulting firm to contribute her expertise to organizations and leaders focused on improving outcomes for children and families. Ms. Donald is delighted to join Zane Networks as a consultant working with the AmeriHealth team to establish community-based partnerships to improve health outcomes for AmeriHealth beneficiaries through increased primary care utilization and improved social determinants of health.

Daphne Brannon

Ms. Brannon provides guidance and assistance to a team of professionals as they assist physicians to receive federal incentives and meet meaningful use standards while optimizing workflow and enhancing patient care. Her work encompasses practice assessment and workflow redesign, Care Transition workflow, MIPS and EPSDT reporting, meaningful use consulting to members of various medical associations and the Maryland REC, project management support for various medical groups/organizations, and ACO-level data analysis and reporting. As an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert, Ms. Brannon has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the requirements, the application process and the documentation required for PCMH recognition. She is currently working with several large practices and organizations including MedChi Medical Association in Maryland as a Practice Transformation Specialist for the MDPCP. Prior to joining ZaneNet, Ms. Brannon worked throughout the U.S. as an EHR Specialist and project manager for clients transitioning from paper files to electronic medical records. For clients, she initiated the implementation and customization of various EMR and PMS software and provided on-site and/or web training of EMR and PMS software to their teams as needed, along with ongoing technical support after project completion. Ms. Brannon transitioned into healthcare IT from earlier work as operations manager for several large commercial operations, responsible for overall sales, facility operations and staffing, including staff development at all levels. In addition to her PCMH qualifications, Ms. Brannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and certification in Project Management.

Ezenwa Dike

Harriet V. Washington

Ms. Washington has a career that spans over 25 years with the U.S. Government and international organizations, living and working in Africa and having worked for the US Peace Corps, in the Office of the Directors which included working in the Office of Overseas Recruitment (Talent Search) and the Office of Congressional Affairs; and the Agency for International Development (USAID). Thirteen of these years were spent living and working in West and Central Africa; Accra Ghana; Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire and Yaounde, Cameroon. Ms. Washington has experience in personnel management and training, budget management, international and domestic conference planning and project/program coordination. Since 1996, Ms. Washington has worked in the areas of project planning, financial administration and coordination in the field of Health Information Technology (HIT). Ms. Washington planned from a financial perspective a five (5) country video teleconference on healthcare initiatives (funded by the Agency for International Development, USAID) and worked on a special consultancy with the Reverend Martin Luther King Foundation on voter registration in South Africa to elect President Nelson Mandela. In 1999 Ms. Washington joined the staff of the Howard University Telehealth Sciences and Advanced Technology Center (HUTSATC) where she worked on healthcare, telemedicine, video teleconferencing and technology projects and managed all aspects of the office operations. Ms. Washington also severed on assessment team site visits and traveled to Nigeria for Howard University Projects in Nigeria. Ms. Washington has planned and monitored project budgets and trained office staff in order to streamline office procedures making office operations more efficient. Until January 2010 Ms. Washington was involved in health information technology initiatives, funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and worked part-time at Howard University, College of Medicine, as the Chief Operations Officer and Financial Administrator for VMRx (a Maryland company).Ms. Washington has worked with Zane Networks, LLC, in various capacities, since its inception and creation. Currently she is the Human Resources and Operations Director.

Jay Eisenstock

Laura Muncy

Laura Muncy has over 23 years of experience in the design business, including advertising/marketing communications, print graphic design, website design, video production, and animation. Among her diverse skills, she excels at client relations and print production and enjoys working with start-up companies helping them navigate their needs. Ms. Muncy is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of print management, with extensive knowledge of four-color + printing and paper. She has art-directed photo shoots and illustrations for national advertising campaigns and publications has also written spots for radio broadcast ads and was part of a team winning multiple Telly awards for educational videos. In addition, she has designed and produced materials for clients such as the National Air and Space Museum, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, American Airlines, MasterCard, U.S. Navy, National Association of Corporate Directors, and Bethesda Green. Leila Waid

Leila is a public health practitioner who received a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University (GWU) in 2023. In 2021, she received a B.S. in Community Health degree from George Mason University. Leila is a member of the Delta Omega Gamma Tau Honor Society and has received Awards for Academic Excellence in both her undergraduate and graduate studies. As a long-time DMV resident, Leila is passionate about addressing health inequalities faced by marginalized communities in the District. She is eager to work with Zane Networks to address and promote Health IT challenges facing the healthcare system because she knows that technological advances are essential in increasing quality of care and population health. Leila is also passionate about developing her User Experience (UX) skills to improve the usability of Health IT services, such as electronic health record systems. Before joining Zane Networks, Leila gained experience in the not-for-profit sector by working with an environmental justice organization. She provided technical, scientific, and communications support for communities all over the U.S. facing environmental disasters. Leila has also volunteered with the Urban Health Program, in partnership with the Latin American Youth Center, to implement interventions for unhoused/housing-insecure youth in Washington, D.C. Leila's hobbies include cooking, baking, going on long walks with her dogs, bullet journaling, and reading.

Luigi Leblanc

Manpreet Dayal

Merwyn F. Rogers

Merwyn Foster Rogers is a biologist and public health professional with over 25 years of experience in health planning, health systems development, and project planning/implementation. He has been a senior manager and policy adviser in government for over two decades. He has served on technical and recruiting boards of regional public health and public service agencies. Mr. Rogers has led numerous health reform and modernization initiatives to improve health systems and services (for population groups), including primary health care, dental health, maternal and child health, healthcare financing, human resource development and training, and health infrastructure. He also led a very successful national response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Rogers received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina (Aiken) and a Master of Public Health from the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. Michelle Zancan

Michelle Zancan is a registered nurse with over 28 years of experience in adult health. She has worked in many healthcare settings including Johns Hopkins Hospital, NIH, and multiple local care settings. Early in her career, she specialized in oncology from bench research and clinical trial management to in-patient, outpatient, bone marrow transplant, and oncology critical care. In the last 10 years, Mrs. Zancan has branched out of the traditional healthcare setting to work with the Primary Care Medical Home project by CareFirst, a health care consulting to individual providers to align their clinical workflows with federal and third party payor initiatives, quality improvement consulting covering clinical workflow and electronic documentation for optimum patient care and metric reporting; practice transformation consulting under the GPTN grant from CMS; consulting under the HIE Connectivity Grant from DHCF as a technical assistant to the behavioral health providers of the District of Columbia; and most recently as Clinical Analyst for Zane Networks where she is assisting in software development of technology to be used in both the healthcare and human services care of a person. In addition, she was elected as a co-chair on the HL7 HSS work Group where she is helping to further the use of the FHIR standard in both healthcare and human services settings.

Nancy Ware

Nancy Ware has spent more than four decades of her career in the management and administration of juvenile and adult criminal justice programs on the local, state, and national levels. Her experience includes not only a national focus but also assisting Judicial, District and Federal law enforcement and justice agencies resolve issues created by the unique relationship between the District of Columbia and federal criminal justice systems. Her decades of experience in developing and implementing programs, as well as in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and employees resulted in her Presidential appointment as the director of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA). Before assuming leadership of CSOSA, Ms. Ware served as the first executive director of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for DC (CJCC), an independent agency established by Congress, whose members include the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, the Police Chief, other city officials, the Chief Judge of DC Superior Court, the director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the chairman of the U.S. Parole Commission. Ms. Ware's professional career also includes service with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as the director of technical assistance and training for DOJ's well-regarded "Weed and Seed" program, where she was responsible for helping hundreds of sites nationwide to implement strategic plans for public safety. She was also the director of National Programs for the Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office of Justice Programs, Department of Justice, where she oversaw grant funding for the full continuum of the justice system across the United States. Early in her career, Ms. Ware was executive director of the Rainbow Coalition, executive director of the Citizenship Education Fund, and executive director of the District of Columbia Mayor's Youth Initiatives Office. Since retiring from the federal government in 2017, Ms. Ware has consulted on numerous projects with the Urban Institute, Zane Networks, Voices for a Second Chance, and Policy Research Associates. Her project experience includes providing project management for the development of a continuum of medical care for individuals released from the DC Jail by connecting their Electronic Health Records inside and outside of the jail; developing an advocacy curriculum for returning citizens; convening and supporting the work of BIPOC leadership of community based organizations in DC on justice reform; reviewing the impact of artificial intelligence and algorithms on public safety and diverse communities; working with managed care organizations to extend medical care to disenfranchised communities and patients; and providing project management to Zane Networks' contract with the DC Health Association to implement Narcan distribution in hospitals across the District of Columbia. She is a certified Trauma Informed Care trainer and Sequential Intercept Model trainer to state and local criminal justice entities across the country to meet SAMHSA guidelines. Ms. Ware holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Howard University. Her training includes Communication, as well as Educational and Clinical Psychology.

Renee Moore

Samia Warsame

Samia's passion for health, technology, and community well-being also drives her pursuit of a master's degree in public health, specifically focusing on maternal and child wellness.
