Dr Genevieve Morinville

Dr Genevieve Morinville has been appointed VP Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs, bringing close to two decades experience working in the ESG space as both a consultant and manager on Canadian and international projects. Her role provides a direct conduit for environmental, community, government and Indigenous stakeholders in Canada as the Company places an increasing focus on its ESG performance and outcomes. Dr Morinville will oversee Winsome's development and implementation of a new sustainability strategy, drive engagement with First Nations communities, oversee regulatory and environmental approvals, as well as manage and maintain environmental management plans.

Dr Qingtao Zeng

Dr Zeng has been extensively involved in the lithium exploration and development sector and has helped clients complete a range of contracts relating to the supply or purchase of lithium. He has been engaged as a consulting geologist, principally working with Eldorado Gold Limited CSA Global China and Australia, and has a range of geological and commercial specialties. Dr Zeng completed a PhD in geology at the Centre of Exploration Targeting (CET) of University of Western Australia in 2013. Dr Zeng has published several academic papers on orogenic gold or structure control gold geological studies, and is a member of AUSIMM and Society of Economic Geologist (SEG). He is currently a Director of Kodal Minerals Plc, MetalsTech Ltd & Australasian Gold Ltd.

Mr Antoine Fournier

Mr Antoine Fournier has been appointed VP Exploration, bringing a wealth of experience as an exploration geologist who most recently worked as principal geoscientist for SOQUEM, the Québec Government's mineral exploration and development arm of Investissement Québec. Mr Fournier will manage the Company's growing exploration portfolio with a focus on expanding resource drilling plans as well as identifying new exploration targets within Winsome's existing property portfolio.

Mr Carl Caumartin

Mr Caumartin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering, as well as an MBA and is a Quebec native with more than 30 years' international experience as a mining executive and consultant. He has worked across projects focused on lithium, gold and numerous other commodities in Canada, Africa, Asia, and South America. Mr Caumartin is a key part of the Company's plans to develop the assets with a view to becoming a significant player in the Canadian lithium market.

Mr Chris Evans - Managing Director

Mr Evans has a strong lithium and civil engineering background with close to 20 years demonstrated success in managing large scale construction and mining development projects and operations across various commodities. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Evans was responsible for building and bringing into operation the Pilgangoora lithium mine and processing facility which was recently acquired by Pilbara Minerals (ASX:PLS) in a deal valued at more than $200 million. In this role and also in his subsequent role as Managing Director of an ASX listed lithium development Company, Mr Evans was involved in establishing and maintaining key relationships with project finance and off-take partners. Mr Evans holds a Master of Engineering Science, Construction Management, (University of New South Wales), a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Civil (University of New South Wales), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Justin Boylson

Mr Boylson is an experienced commodity trader and resource project manager with over 25 years' experience. Mr Boylson has been responsible for several high profile off-take transactions and has been involved in the start-up of several mining and recovery projects in Australia, the United States and Asia. Recent ASX directorships include Manuka Resources Ltd and Riversgold Ltd. Mr Boylson is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Mamba Exploration Ltd.

Simon Iacopetta

Mr Iacopetta was the Former Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) Chief Financial Officer and has more than 20 years of corporate, commercial and financial management experience in the natural resources sector. Mr Iacopetta holds a B.Com (Corporate Finance and Accounting) and is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. His expertise and qualifications make him a valuable addition to Winsome's growing executive team. His primary focus is on supporting and enhancing the company's strategic industry and capital markets engagements.

Simon Shepherdson

Stephen Biggins - Chairman

Job Titles:

Mr Biggins was until recently Managing Director of Core Lithium (ASX:CXO), a position that he held for over 10 years, during which time he led the company through the acquisition, discovery, permitting, financing, offtake and most recently production from the first lithium mine in the Northern Territory, one of the highest-grade lithium resources in Australia. Mr Biggins has applied his Honours Degree in Geology and MBA as the founding Managing Director of several ASX-listed companies. Mr Biggins has built prospective portfolios of lithium, gold, uranium and base metal exploration projects in Australia, Asia and Africa.
