Andrew Hoffmann - CEO, Founder

Andrew Hoffmann is the founder of ZehnTek and serves as Chief Executive Officer, having started the company in 2018 after compiling 20 years of experience in the IT solutions industry. Prior to ZehnTek, he served as the CEO for an enterprise network and security solutions Managed Service Provider. Earlier, Andrew worked as a leader in sales and executive management efforts for multiple IT firms, achieving results that led to both high growth and acquisition. Andrew's career was jumpstarted by eight years of service in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, where he was a computer and communications systems operator. He studied computer science at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, where he met his wife. They currently live in Southborough, MA with their 2 children.

Ardo Panian

Ardo Panian serves as Technology Services Director, bringing over 21 years of experience in IT solutions to the ZehnTek team. Previously, Ardo was an Infrastructure Architect for the RMR Group, where he served as a subject matter expert for his team and implemented multiple crucial services for the company, after holding roles of increasing responsibility for the firm. Prior to RMR, he was Director of IT Operations for Beacon Application Services, Co., which followed a role as Senior Systems Engineer at Moduslink Open Channel Solutions, Inc. Ardo holds certificates from Boston University for multiple IT applications and disciplines, and is a Sophos Certified Engineer.

Jim Garneau - VP of Sales

Jim Garneau, ZehnTek's Sales Director, has over 30 years of IT sales experience spread across a wide span of the industry. Prior to ZehnTek, Jim held a role in business development at a major managed IT services provider, which followed time as an Enterprise Account Manager at a leading cloud services firm. Ahead of these positions, Jim accumulated highly substantial industry experience over a 30 year career, having worked in hardware, software, cloud, managed services and professional services, as well as for resellers, technology start-ups and large conglomerate manufacturers. Jim holds a B.S. in business administration and management from the University of New Hampshire.

Steven Gershman

Steven Gershman has 30 years of IT consulting experience to draw upon in his role as Zehntek's Project Services Director. He has spent much of his career providing consulting services to the legal industry, working with AMLAW 100 firms as well as corporate legal departments to optimize IT infrastructures and streamline the creation and storage of client work product. Steve is an accomplished project manager and technical architect, with certifications in iManage Document Management and various other legal and IT software products, and is an expert in matter-centric document management, highly engineered desktop design and deployment, VMware, Windows and Group Policies. ×

Wolfgang Dierks

Wolfgang Dierks, EVP of Finance, brings over 20 years of experience in managing financial functions to the ZehnTek team. Previously, Wolfgang was Manager of Finance Operations at Schneider Electric Digital, Inc., a multinational corporation in which he was instrumental in identifying risks and opportunities as well as leading planning and forecasting. Wolfgang also gained multinational experience at Dierks Finance, where he served as Senior Finance Manager and Financial Controller. Prior to this, he held roles at Mycronic GMBH and TvTv Services, a division of Sony EU. Wolfgang earned his B.A. in finance at State Business College in Hamburg, Germany, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
