The Kristen engine uses an XML based instruction file to define a host framework of registers, memories, field descriptions and bus protocols to create a complete host RTL subsystem with a complete test bench, documentation and compilable C source code for accessing the RTL host. Thus, development teams can focus on the core technologies and not the host infrastructure.
