Patty Baker, founder and principal consultant, was previously the Director of Safety and Human Resources for one of the top 10 roofing contractors in the United States. She has former training and experience in OSHA 1910 and 1926 laws and regulations.
In 2001, Patty began a regional medical case management company working with businesses and insurance companies to help injured workers return to work. Her firm then acquired a 10-year national federal contract with the Social Security Administration helping people with permanent disabilities secure full time employment.
