What a Treat Consulting was launched organically near the end of 2017. It was born out of a desire to help others to be their best and achieve their dreams. Most of our work comes from existing relationships, client referrals and word of mouth. We believe in listening first, and crafting solutions specific to your needs and situation... I opened the Drop Bar & Bistro as the executive chef in 2006 to many accolades. From there, we dreamt up and created blanc burgers + bottles, Kansas City's first gourmet burger spot. The concept took off and was an overnight success, and we opened many locations. After four years, I was ready for something more, and accepted a position as sous chef at The American Restaurant.
