We started out in our backyard, then decided to try our luck at our local cook-off and walked in Brisket and we were hooked... Why Whiskey Oak Smoke? Well let's see…we love whiskey, we love smoking things, and we use a lot of oak in the process. Also we like to throw a little chunk of a barrel in from a well known distiller…for good luck and for name's sake...
