VIS LLC was formed in 2021 through a merger with NTK Enterprises, Inc., providing ownership of all intellectual property (IP) associated with Opti-K™, a patented laser based optical procedure and proprietary system for the treatment of Presbyopia. This is the first in a line of planned acquisitions.
