Our Sunday Roasts are well known for the quality and care with which we prepare them. We have a rotating selection of beef, pork, lamb and gammon options alongside a fantastic nut roast. Our meat & vegetable gravy are prepared from scratch over 3 days from fresh stocks and are finished with wine and always gluten free... From the fishing fleets of Brixham, Clovelly and Lundy to the rich hunting grounds of Exmoor, the pastureland and crop fields of Devon and Cornwall, to the vineyards, breweries and distilleries that have become a phenomenon over the last decade we are truly blessed with an abundance of amazing food and drink here at the Old Smithy Inn... The ethos at the Smithy is towards fresh food cooked on the premises with a strong bias towards local and British ingredients where possible. New for Summer 2020 our luxury bed and breakfast offering a fresh modern approach to breakfast-in-bed by pre-order the night before with breakfast in bed.
