Dorota has been working for Emery's since 2006. First joining us as a seasonal fruit picker for two summers before moving here full time in 2008 Dorota worked her way up to Senior Field Supervisor before becoming our Crop Production manager in 2013.

Graham has been working for Emery's for 26 years. With 10 years previous experience in growing salad crops he joined us to venture into growing soft fruit. Graham is B.A.S.I.S AND F.A.C.T.S qualified.
James previously worked and travelled as a senior technican in soft fruit before becoming a full time partner in R&J Emery in 2019 before progressing the business to a Limited company in 2022.

Maggie has been working as a Packhouse manager for Emery's for 35 years and was therefore with us for the transition from salad crop to soft fruit.

Maria Kafadarova Irrigation Team Health and Safety Committee Member Maria has been working for Emery's since 2002. With previous supervision experience she joined us as a Team Leader and progressed to a full time Production and Husbandry Manager. In 2021 Maria has transfered her skills into growing as part of the irrigation team.

Marian is experienced in Raspberry harvest management and is now transfering his skills into his new packhouse role.

Marian joined us as a seasonal harvest worker, after which he progressed to Packhouse QC before training to become our Batchmere's Glasshouse Manager specialising in our raspberry crops.

Piotr has been working for Emery's since arriving as a harvest picker in 2003. Since then he has gained experience in agriculture to become our Farm systems team leader.

Rebecca Emery has been working with Emery's since 2009. Rebecca is mental health first aid trained and is qualified to national certificate level in Health and Safety.
Richard founded R&V Emery with his brother Vernon growing salad crops. Vernon retired at the end of 2019 and passed the partnership role to James therefore forming R&J Emery.

Rob officially joined the Emerty team in January 2018, but many of you will have seen him around previously doing contracted work. Rob brings with him a wide experience of agricultural systems.
