Aatif founded Dukes Education in 2015. He is also Chairman of Cavendish Education, a group of 11 schools for pupils with dyslexia and autism; and a trustee of St James Independent Schools. Aatif is also on the board of CReSTeD.
Aatif has a first-class degree in Mathematics and Economics and also had a British Army commission. In 2020, he was awarded the Freedom of City of London for services to education.

Suzie Longstaff is Principal of London Park Schools, an exciting, forward-thinking group of secondary schools that offer a fresh approach to education. Her teaching career spans single sex, co-educational, day and boarding schools including Shiplake College, Kingston Grammar School and Putney High School, where she was Headmistress from 2014-2023.
Before moving into education, Suzie had a successful rowing career, including coxing the British Olympic VIII at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games and the Cambridge University ‘Goldie' boat in the 1997 and 1998 Boat Races. Suzie values sport, co-curricular activities, and community involvement as key to a rounded education and crucial in promoting good wellbeing in her students.
