LP Bonds PLC (the Company) was incorporated in November 2015 to act as a co-investor with vendors of properties - offering to make relatively minor improvements to a property with a view to making significant changes in the value of a property and its saleability, and sharing in that uplift. Due to a combination of factors the Company has concentrated on retaining capital to maintain coupons and provide support to redeem the bonds at the end of the term.
