Mr. Atul D. Boda joined the group on 1st April 1982 and is the current Group Chairman. He has been in this role since 2011 and has steered the J.B.Boda Group to success. His leadership and management skills come from his 40 years of experience in the reinsurance broking industry. During his tenure with the Group, Mr. Atul D. Boda opened new offices in Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Dubai, Egypt, Morocco, and Indonesia. He was also awarded "Hall of Fame" by the Federation of Afro - Asian Insurers & Reinsurers (FAIR) Certificate of Recognition, during the FAIR Conference held at Bahrain on 10th October 2017 for contribution to the development of the insurance industry at a national level, commitment to regional cooperation among Afro - Asian countries, and inspiration & support to FAIR. He was also awarded the "Honorary Fellowship" of Narottam Morarjee Institute of Shipping (NMIS) by Mr. Pradeep Trimbak Rawat - Chairman of National Shipping Board on 3rd February 2018. Mr. Atul D. Boda's work also involves training / discussing with colleagues how best to liaise with insurers, reinsurers, and clients in order to build long-term relationships with them. He is also the Trustee of SPRJ Kanyashala - Ghatkopar. His ambition for the future is to maintain the J.B.Boda Group flag, flying high and to continue to flourish in the reinsurance broking sector. Outside of his professional work, Mr. Atul D. Boda enjoys cricket and has a keen interest in music and reading.

Mr. Gautam B. Boda joined the group back on 1st December, 1994 and is the current Vice-Chairman of the J.B.Boda Group. He started out as an Officer and with his determination towards the company's success and his constant efforts, became the Vice-Chairman of the Group. His responsibility involves driving sustainable business growth, devising group strategy, and guidance to execute, explore and evaluate new areas of opportunities, which comes from his 27 years of experience in the industry. During his tenure with the Group, Mr. Gautam B. Boda established Ports & Terminal Vertical, Employee Benefit Vertical, Empanelment of the Group with international insurers/reinsurers for designing/supporting complex global programs of MNC's in India, groomed the Group's leaders, set up a specialised team to cater to the requirements of Indian companies who are investing globally, partnered with International Brokers across the globe for MNC exposure in India, and developed various technology platforms. He also introduced the Risk Management Society to India. He took knowledge-sharing initiatives like in-house publications, webinars, and has been the guest speaker at various events. Mr. Gautam B. Boda has also received some notable mentions during his career: Appointed as Board of Director for the largest independent Insurance Broker Network, Assurex Global Appointed as Chairman for the Asia Pacific region for over 12 years. Invited to the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Committee on Insurance and Pensions, to undertake constructive dialogue with the Government and the Regulators for the creation of a conducive regulatory environment for the growth of the Insurance and Pensions Sectors. Invited to the Board of Managing Partners for International Benefits Network. He was invited as the first Indian broker to speak and partner with the German Insurance Industry. Mr. Rohit A. Boda joined the group in 2011 and is the current Managing Director. He is also a Brokerpreneur, striving to be a service-centric broker, as he believes that unlimited opportunities can be mined out of risks with timely investment and a calculated vision. His futuristic vision comes from 10 years of industry experience, in addition to having access to inherited wisdom regarding the reinsurance broking business. During his tenure with the Group, Mr. Rohit A. Boda contributed to the Group by introducing Agriculture Re/Insurance, expanded the Health and Medical team, built PROTECT, an in-house (re)insurance software, collaborated with the Institute of Risk Management, and lead a think-tank established at the Group's Mumbai headquarters. Apart from these, he also founded SquatUp in 2017 and co-founded Alphaedge Consultants in the early months of 2021. So far, Mr. Rohit A.
