Carlana Stone is a published author, international speaker, and the founder of a non-profit, non-partisan, cause-related, social-networking community, The Courage Community. By integrating social networking and social activism with patented, state-of-the-art technology, The Courage Community provides a revolutionary on-line portal of interactive experiences, which enables a user experience that enriches human connection and a sense of belonging. Carlana is also an Emmy-nominated, award-winning television producer with over two decades experience collaborating with some of the top creative entertainment & technology pipelines in the world. And she now joins the Inclu Solutions team as our prime mover, influencer and ambassador in the USA. Carlana began her career as the first wheelchair-wielding tv news reporter for ABC in Miami. She pushed her way into Hollywood producing shows such as A&E's Intervention Judge Judy, and the Biggest Loser. Her style is characterised by her wholehearted grit and straightforward approach, infused with a signature dose of ‘Sugah' and Louisiana spice. Breaking stereotypes and challenging stigmas is a way of life for Carlana, who has achieved a multitude of accomplishments that defy her physical limitations. She became one of the world's first paraplegics to fly an airplane solo… and she's jumped out of a perfectly good one too. She also made cross-country road trips on her custom-built Harley Davidson trike and became a certified scuba diver in Grand Cayman. So, Carlana brings a unique kaleidoscope of personal, professional and social achievement to the the Inclu Consulting portfolio of talent and solutions. Majoring now on ‘connecting intuition with strategy' and the application of adaptive technologies to transform communications and immersive experiences within the travel and hospitality arena, she has taken us into a whole new world of possibilities. She can take our industry there too.

Dr Steven Breeze

We're passionate about enlightening, upskilling and educating everyone within an organisation - from vision-making Leaders in the boardroom to vision-delivering practitioners on the front-line. It's the foundations upon which cultures of inclusion are cultivated, nurtured and refined. Everyone a champion. So to lead this critical provision, we are delighted to welcome Dr Steven Breeze to the Inclu Solutions team. Steven completed a degree in Anthropology, during which time he considered cross-cultural concepts of inclusion. He later completed a PhD in the English department at Birkbeck, University of London. He also holds a second degree, in English, as well as a Master's degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. So that's Steven's academic credentials. But over the last 15 years he has also amassed a huge amount of professional experience in the arena having worked in education as a teacher, lecturer, manager and administrator. He has taught English language and literature, as well as business and technology and computing courses. He has delivered classes and training with learners of all ages, from children to retirees, in schools, colleges and universities, in the workplace, and online. Whether in secondary, further, adult or higher education, inclusion has been at the forefront of Steven's thinking when it comes to enabling learning for all, incorporating technological innovations as well as new ways of thinking about how to ensure everyone gets the best experiences possible.

Katie Clarke

As a parent of a disabled child, Katie delivers her training courses from personal experience and with great insight and passion. She is also a prominent member of a number leading tourism groups including the Visit England Think Tank on Accessible Tourism, a Fellow of the Centre for Welfare Reform, an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and an Associate of the Tourism Society Consultants Network. Katie Clarke endeavours to ensure that hotels, attractions and venues increase the confidence of their staff, provide a warm welcome and give great customer service to everyone. She has worked with many well known organisations including the National Trust, English Heritage and Yorkshire Great Houses and Castles. Katie Clarke has specialist skills in accessible tourism. She operates in the field of global accessible tourism with her work being high on Visit England's strategic agenda.

Nadia Clarke

Nadia Clarke brings unique insight and capabilities to Inclu Consulting. Ambitious, adventurous and widely travelled, she has already made a name for herself across the globe, influencing and motivating disabled people, travel and care professionals and key political and social decision makers in the USA, India, the UAE and beyond. Nadia is a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy, is deaf and uses BSL and an electronic communication aid as her primary means of communication. And communicating she does.. with purpose, power and effectiveness. Massively influenced by her amazing family (Mum, Dad and 6 siblings!), and particularly Mum's wise counsel as to the importance of smiling, self-belief, dreams and ambitions and critically the drive to pursue and realise them. Nadia's strives each day with determination and passion to achieve these outcomes. She succeeds. Nadia's influences transcend borders, and she has crossed many! Europe, Asia, Australia, The Americas and Africa, her wheels have touched down in them all. But these pioneering and fulfilling journeys are not without challenges. She wouldn't want them to be. Because encountering and overcoming physical, cultural and attitudinal barriers along the way has enabled Nadia Clarke to effect change, make the world more accessible, speak, influence, inspire and from a position of first-hand knowledge and experience spread her belief that travel is without equivalence in its capacity to empower and enlighten. We're privileged to have Nadia on the team.

Stephen Maley

Stephen Maley started his career in the design and manufacture of orthotics and prosthetics for young children - and he has had periods with some of the world's largest health care companies. Stephen is a firm believer that, in order to destigmatise disability, you need to understand it. His training and commercial experience has allowed him to do that. Stephen acts as UK Sales Director within HEWI, the leader in delivering comprehensive project and sanitary and hardware system solutions to the hospitality industry. Responsible for the UK team, as well as customer service and specification managers. He works with many top Hotel and Hospitality brands around the world, while rolling out the HEWI "stylish accessibility" solutions. He is also responsible for the HEWI offices in Lyon, Warsaw and Moscow together with the markets in the Middle East, which allows for a true global understanding of the inclusive and accessibility market demands and trends. With regards to this, Stephen spends his time meeting with clients, be they hoteliers, architects, designers, contractors. He also liaises with many UK/Global regulators, from access consultants to occupational therapists to ensure the HEWI product ranges are providing locally compliant solutions, as they seek to deliver the HEWI solutions to over 60 countries. So as we strive as a collective to support our clients in creating inclusive and accessible organisations, environments and services, Stephen brings his unique understanding and knowledge of experiences to the Incluserve team of solution providers.
