REACHAWARE - Key Persons
Andrew has more than 30 years experience working in the IT arena. Andrew started his career in the security industry developing hardware and software for government and private contracts, and for the past 20 years he's worked in the financial sector for companies such as Xansa, Barclays. His role prior to joining Reach Aware was Senior System's Analyst at Barclaycard. When he's not at work Andrew likes to cook, read and "tinker" - which his wife says is just taking stuff apart without putting it back together again.

David has worked within IT for over 30 years, initially as a developer before turning to the "dark side" and embracing his desire to break things. Prior to joining the company, David worked for a wide range of companies in various sectors, including O2 and the Met Office. Outside of work, David enjoys photography, motorsports, wildlife and various "geeky" pastimes.
Ian has worked in IT for 25 years and his background is in software development and solution architecture. Ian's particular fields of expertise are in finance, public services and education. He was formerly a Solution Architect at Barclays. When he's not at work, Ian enjoys enjoy walking, caravanning - especially at motorsports events - and playing keyboards in a band.
Paul has worked in IT for over 25 years across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, utilities and finance. With a background in software development and design, Paul has expertise in many fields such as project management, solution architecture, security analysis and infrastructure management. In his spare time Paul enjoys walking, cycling, travel and PC and console gaming.
Vishal has spent many years developing digital product and services in Financial Services and software houses. He is an expert in designing digital user journeys, systems, and digital operations. His recent focus is User Experience, APIs, unlocking data and machine learning for businesses.
