David Wynter

David has worked for over 35 years in IT, with a background across CTO, project management, business analysis and developer roles. In 1999 he project managed the delivery of Reuters DataScope product. In 2001 he founded STPenable, developing the Enterprise Data Management product that managed the major reference data feeds from Bloomberg, Reuters and other vendors. He has worked with a number of top tier global institutions including HSBC, and has extensive experience with high performance data feed management and analysis. For the past five years he has been researching the application of Machine Learning techniques to predictive analytics on financial timeseries, incorporating ideas from the latest research papers on the subject. David joined FairXchange in June 2018

Guy Hopkins - Founder

Guy began his career in 1998 providing technology solutions to Lloyds Insurance market. He joined Bloomberg in 2002, where he held a number of sales and management roles, culminating in responsibility for Bloomberg's popular FX<GO> product in Europe. In 2008 he joined Morgan Stanley, where he managed eDistribution for FX and Emerging Markets in EMEA. He has extensive practical experience in managing an electronic foreign exchange business, specialising in TCA and algorithmic execution. In 2016 he launched FairXchange. He also acted as a consultant to MahiFX, helping them to develop and market algorithmic execution tools for investors.

James Dalton

James has 30 years experience in the Financial Markets, spanning operations & technology roles at State Street Custody in the 1990s, followed by 16 years at Citibank, where he sold FX platform solutions through Asia, Europe and North America. While at Citi he built and ran the FX Algorithmic Execution suite for a period of 10 years before more recently working with National Australia Bank as their Head of FICC Digital. James brings a wealth of experience from his years on the sell-side, focusing on market micro-structure, trading technology, process automation solutions and the regulatory oversight that has become core to operating a modern markets platform
