One to One Homecare is a small domiciliary care company located in the heart of rural Somerset, founded in 2006 by husband and wife team Adrian and Joanne Elliot the company first started life as a shared lives placement within the Owners home, within several months demand grew dramatically and they decided to turn their family home into a support living placement, they then moved into a new home, as demand began increasing they then moved a third time in order to make their previous home a second supported living facility. One to One Homecare currently supports an average of 50 clients ranging in age from around 19 to 95 which a multitude of needs including Learning and physical disabilities, as well as mental health issues, we provide the majority of support in the clients own home and assist with daily living tasks such as preparing meals, helping to get washed and dressed as well as getting out into the community and socialising...
