Next Steps was established to give the students the very best in Alternative Provision. It is my privilege to lead a team of highly trained and dedicated staff whose aim is to ensure that all our students experience an educational journey that is positive and enriching. Many of our students have found it difficult in mainstream schools but develop a new attitude towards education at our centre... Our focus has remained on supporting young people aged 10-18 years old. At the present-day Next Steps now operates provision from 8 training arches in Burton Upon Trent.
