We give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward - whoever they are, and whatever their problem. We also work to improve the policies and practices that affect people's lives... We provide advice, information and advocacy to help people resolve the problems they face involving welfare benefits, housing, debt, money management, employment, immigration, consumer, and family and personal issues... We are an independent, local charity and a member of the national Citizens Advice network. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
