StgMed: We are a science writing, research, film, and education company based in London and Berlin... Our team produces short films, manages social media output, creates impactful print material, and builds memorable slide decks... Over a 22-month period, we have been providing administrative support to the RCGP End of Life Think Tank. This multidisciplinary group has done much to influence policy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Out of this work grew a realisation that discussions about advance care planning (ACP) are often suboptimal. We propose that life-long ‘What Matters to Me' conversations are essential for improving ACP.
