Annabel is a Chartered Company Secretary by profession. Having read Classics at University, Annabel went on to complete a GDL Law Conversion Degree, prior to completing the ICSA Corporate Governance Qualification.
Annabel has developed a broad range of industry experience, having worked for travel technology companies, legal firms and financial publishing houses. She performs the Corporate Governance function for LDE on a part-time basis. In her full-time role she works for a leading City corporate services provider, advising clients on corporate governance and compliance.
Faye has a degree in Politics and worked in several different industries since, but having had a change of heart during the pandemic, she decided she needed to be in her favourite industry; jewellery. She completed her diamond grading exams with De Beers and loves being with London DE in Hatton Garden. Faye makes sure the day-to-day of the London DE office is as smooth as can be, and is working closely with the RJC to have us accredited by September 2022.
Faye is a keen horse ride, skier and skipper.

Maria Arbelaez was born in Medellin and grew up in Bogota, Colombia. She has 10 years of experience in banking, insurance and consulting in the areas of risk management, foreign exchange, sales and anti-money laundering. She then moved into other industries with responsibility for business intelligence, sales and marketing communications.
She holds a master's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, and has a passion for developing luxury brands with keen interests in the sustainable sourcing of precious gemstones and precious metals.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, golf, travelling across the globe and spending time with her family.
Philip Spencer founded London DE in 2013 with a desire to build an ethical and sustainable business revolving around his love for gemstones and jewellery. Since then, his team has expanded significantly both internationally and in terms of third party delivery partners. In 2020, we opened our Colombian subsidiary, London DE SAS, in the heart of the emerald district of Bogota to ensure we're buying our stones and materials from the top of the supply chain and know exactly where our materials are sourced from. This provides transparency of our mine-to-market chain and cuts out any middlemen. In January 2022 we opened our DMMC (Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre) office in the United Arab Emirates, giving us direct access and insight into one of the fastest growing luxury retail markets in the world.
Born and raised and in London, Tobias has amassed over 11 years of experience in the Jewellery trade buying and selling. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers across the world.
With a wealth of knowledge of diamonds, coloured gems, jewellery and watches, he can give detailed advice on any commission, gemstone or timepiece.
Tobias has studied with National Association of Jewellers and Gemmological Institute of America.
Victoria has a BSc Hons in Geology after studying the topic for 5 years, specializing in mineralogy and sustainable mining. She combines her knowledge of geology and mineral resources with her love for jewellery and gemstones, creating the media content and marketing campaigns we see today.
She wishes to progress with a sustainably conscious and environmentally friendly stance within the luxury sector, and is currently studying for her FGA and DGA titles with the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
