180 TRAINERS

I was recommended to AJ at 180 Trainers by my physiotherapist following a shoulder and neck operation. My requirement was rehabilitation to normal life and to rejuvenate my strength. AJ is achieving this brilliantly by providing a varied programme, adjusting exercises and adding routines to ensure that there is no boredom and, as my strength has built, by ensuring that the challenge is always there without being overwhelming. She has been totally flexible and adaptable and prepared to operate at home or in the public park where she has employed all the available natural facilities such as slopes, grass and steps. She has been unfailingly encouraging and energising, coaxing more and more effort from me while being tolerant of my initial weakness.
