During this time, Troy, Ross and Priority have renovated and sold dozens of homes, most of which were whole home renovations. As any contractor will tell you, renovating a home is a whole different "ballgame" than building a new home. Existing homes have unique sets of challenges and it takes a Contractor with the experience and patience to deal with renovating an existing home. Through our years of experience, we have seen and dealt with many unique and challenging issues. From foundation problems, to faulty plumbing and septic systems, and just down right "what were they thinking" types of problems.
