2044 COLLECTIVE

The 2044 Collective is an innovative new form of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting. We are the communities we hope to help build. Hailing from a wide range of fields each with a deep focus on specific issues of social inequity, we work together to bring about freedom and justice in our schools, places of work, and communities. By offering the collective power of a highly trained group of consultants of color, we are able to utilize our deep educational, professional, and lived experiences to create effective solutions... The 2044 Collective is a group of consultants of color who have dedicated our careers to promoting social justice in our fields... At the 2044 Collective, our mission is to create individualized, innovative strategies to bring forth freedom and justice.
