Akshay leads the group's residential business, alongside he plays an advisory role in the other verticals of the group. His current focus is to develop and execute a robust growth strategy for the residential business.
With over a decade of deep multi-city understanding of residential real estate, he has played roles in the investment side of a reputed real estate fund and family offices. Before Assetz he raised his own real estate fund which he successfully deployed and has exited most of its investments.
Ben plays a pivotal role across functions of the group with specific focus on building strategic alliances across all businesses.
Before co-founding Assetz, Ben held senior positions with the Lend Lease Group in Korea, Japan and India. He has over 14 years of experience in different key areas of the real estate business.
Jagannath leads the overall financial functions, additionally he oversees risk, compliances and governance at the Group level.
With over 20 years of multi-industry experience, Jagannath has held senior positions in areas of fund management, mergers and acquisitions, finance and contract management with leading Indian corporates, having steered several successful domestic and international funds. Before Assetz, he set up his own successful real estate private equity fund.
Previously, he was the former Corporate Services Director for Microsoft in Asia Pacific, and MD & Country Manager of JLW and JLL.
Michael advises Assetz on its overall strategy. Currently he is the CEO of the joint venture between Embassy and Blackstone, focussed on commercial development across India.
Rajpal is one of the founding members of the JLL office in India, and has extensive investment & development experience in India, Singapore and the UK.
Rajpal advises Assetz on its overall strategy. Formerly, he was a partner of the Equis Funds Group and also one of the founding members of the JLL team, responsible for setting up operations in India. He comes with extensive investment and development experience in India, Singapore, and the UK.
Sunil leads overall growth strategy of the business. Oversees land acquisitions, fundraise and project monitoring.
While he controls and manages investments' life cycle, he also provides strategic inputs and support at corporate level and plays critical role in business performance.
With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has previously been involved in setting up and leading M&A and advisory teams for South India with Ernst & Young covering advisory roles, platform level fund raising and asset sales of real estate, infra and construction projects.
