ABIGAIL POSNER

Abigail shines a unique, humanistic lens on data, business, and technology that brings a fresh perspective to digital advertising, corporate culture, and marketing. As the Director of Google's US Creative Works, Abigail and her team work closely with the advertising and marketing communities to help develop their strategic and creative efforts for the digital space. While at Google, she has also launched an industry-first thought leadership series on human beings' deep, emotional relationships with the digital space: Humanizing Digital. This research decodes technology in an inspiring and useful way. And she currently directs an additional XFN team responsible for developing, embedding an overarching organizational vision and shared sales culture inside America's Large Customer Sales force. Prior to joining Google, Abigail was Executive Vice President, Strategy Director at Publicis New York, where she directed strategic planning efforts for major new business pitches and provided thought leadership to key global clients, and co-strategy director at DDB. Abigail is a recipient of the prestigious Media Impact Award from the UN and speaks at key conferences around the globe on innovation, creativity and the intersection of humanity and technology. Adam Venit

Adam Venit is a film and television producer and investor in tech, media, healthcare and real estate. Adam spent most of his professional life as one of the owner/partners of WME Entertainment, where he was head of the Motion Picture Division from 1996-2018. While in that position, Adam was responsible for the careers of numerous superstars including Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, Sylvester Stallone, Emma Stone, Dustin Hoffman, Shawn Levy, M Night Shyamalan and Marc Forrester. Venit started his career in the mailroom at the Creative Artists Agency in 1986 and left CAA in 1996 for Endeavor, a startup agency that eventually became WME. ANDY KLEINMAN

Andy is an Argentinean-born, American entrepreneur and executive in the intersection of technology and entertainment. A four-time founder (with four exits), Andy has been integral part as a Senior Executive in major successes in the gaming industry at companies such as Playdom (acquired by Disney for $563M), Zynga ($10B IPO in 2011), Scopely (recently valued at $3.3B), as well as investor and advisor in other innovative companies that were acquired by iconic players such as Atari and Vivendi. Andy has been an active angel investor, advisor and scout to multiple Silicon Valley funds, and has been recognized as one of the most influential executives in the gaming industry.

Dr. Robby Sikka

Dr. Robby Sikka is an innovator in technology, healthcare, sports and analytics. He is the Founder and Chair of the COVID Sports and Society Workgroup. This group brought together all professional sports leagues, the White House, CDC, FDA, Broadway, leading technology companies, and the top labs and scientists in the country, to help develop ‘SalivaDirect' the first EUA open-source platform ever created. Dr. Sikka is a Senior Principal Consultant at Tonal, developing innovative healthcare solutions for the company and overseeing its COVID response and developing its healthcare product line. Additionally, Dr. Sikka oversees the integration of medicine, technology, nutrition, player development, analytics, and strength and conditioning with the goal of improving performance and player wellness for the Denver Broncos. His creative methods seek to help players improve performance, reduce injury risk, and optimize return to play strategies. In addition to his role with Tonal and the Denver Broncos, Dr. Sikka is the founder and CEO of Sports Medicine Analytics Research Team (SMART), an organization that has continued to assist numerous NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL clubs with injury data, return to play planning, and player evaluation and development. He previously served as the Vice President of Basketball Operations and Player Wellness, and the Vice President of Basketball Performance and Technology for the Minnesota Timberwolves. He also served as a consultant to the Minnesota Vikings for 5 seasons and the Washington Wizards for 3 seasons. He also served on the NBA Sports Science Committee and has consulted with numerous organizations on their response to COVID. From 2014-2019, Dr. Sikka was regional medical director for Anesthesia Management Solutions, serving the Midwest / Southwest U.S. region. He previously served as the associate director of data analytics for Mayo Clinic Sports and lead clinical research scientist for Tria Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Sikka has published more than 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts, many on return to play after injury, and his research has been presented at dozens of national and international sports analytics and sports medicine meetings, and his work has been featured on CNN, ESPN, CNBC, Forbes, and Sports Illustrated, among others. Dr. Sikka attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate studies and USC Keck School of Medicine for medical school. After graduating with honors at both schools, Dr. Sikka completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Minnesota with a special interest in sports, physiology and technology. He was named a Rising Star in Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in anesthesiology, and was named to the 40 Under 40 list by Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal in 2017. Gary Ginsberg

Gary Ginsberg has spent his professional career at the intersection of media, entertainment, law and politics. Gary is a Founding Partner of 25Madison, a NYC venture studio and investor in early-stage start-ups. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Global Communications Officer at SoftBank. Gary spent the previous two decades as a senior executive at two of the world's largest entertainment companies. From 2010-2018, he was Executive Vice President at Time Warner, where he led the company's marketing, communications and philanthropic departments. Before that, he was EVP for Corporate Affairs and Marketing at News Corporation and a member of the company's Office of the Chairman. Gary began his professional career as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before serving in the Clinton administration as a Special Counsel in the White House Counsel's Office and the U.S. Department of Justice. GREG COLEMAN

Nicholas Stevens

Nicholas Stevens has been a talent agent, agency operator and media executive for 35 years, beginning his career in the William Morris mailroom in 1986. Between 1987 and 1991, Nick worked as a talent agent for Innovative Talent. In 1991, Nick began at United Talent Agency, upon it's inception. There, Nick served as Agent, Owner and Managing Director until 2008. During his tenure, Nick discovered and developed some of the most successful artists in the entertainment world, and broke new ground as a deal maker. Nick is responsible for packaging some of the most successful movies, television shows, and Broadway plays, in history. In 2008, Nick joined the Endeavor Agency where he served on the Senior Leadership Team and worked across the Endeavor Platform. Ricky Strauss

Ricky Strauss most recently served as President of Programming for Hulu and Disney + where he was responsible for all programmatic strategy for both platforms. Prior to that assignment, he was the President of Content & Marketing for Disney +. As Disney's first president of Content & Marketing for Disney +, Ricky led the strategic content vision for the service, overseeing development of the service's original programming slate, production partnerships and content acquisitions. Scott Flanders

Scott Flanders previously served as Chief Executive Officer of eHealth, Inc. from May 2016 and as a director since February 2008. Prior to joining eHealth as CEO, Mr. Flanders served as the chief executive officer of Playboy Enterprises, Inc., a media and lifestyle company from 2009 until May 2016, and continues to serve as a member of its board of directors. Previously, Mr. Flanders served as the president and chief executive officer of Freedom Communications, Inc., a privately-owned media company, from January 2006 to June 2009, and as a member of its board of directors from 2001 to 2009. From 1999 to July 2005, Mr. Flanders served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Columbia House Company, a direct marketer of music and video products, which was acquired by Bertelsmann AG in July 2005.
