A1 HOME CARE SERVICES

In 2003, my mom had a stroke while she was at home. It wasn't until the next day that we found her and took her to the hospital. She was at home all alone without anyone checking up on her on a daily basis. While she was in the hospital my siblings and I took turns in being by her side and advocated for her needs. After she was released from the hospital, she went back to her home and again we all took turns taking care of her because she's permanently disabled from her stroke. During the course of over 16 years, I became her primary care giver and I learned so much about the needs and challenges of what the elderly faced. Many wanted to live life independently despite their health challenges. It became my desire to help our senior community to regain their independence and enable them to live their life as they see fit.
