Asma M. Ali Ph.D. ERM develops and leads strategic applied research and evaluation projects to promote learning, develop effective programs, and support social change with nonproits, foundations, public/private coalitions, industry, and government agencies. Asma has a proven track record of developing teams and managing complex research and evaluation projects across multiple sectors, including education, public health, community, and policy initiatives. A passionate mentor of evaluation teams and rising practitioners, she focuses on culturally responsive and user-centered approaches to program and evaluation development and implementation. As a lead grant writer, she has led technical and functional project teams to secure up to $5M funding for healthcare and education-related projects. Asma Ali was instrumental in guiding the educational needs assessment survey development and analysis for our organization. She provided excellent feedback regarding how to approach the assessment for challenging topics, and also provided clear and concise reports that were easy to share with the leadership. Additionally, Asma was a pleasure to work with and we would certainly consider her for future projects in the realm of continuing medical education.
