Alane joined her mother and father as the first official "employee" at MagnaWave in 2012. Together, they began building on MagnaWave's success in the equine market with the addition small animal PEMF training. As well as launching a new line of MagnaWave machines that combine innovation, technology, and affordability together to help more people and animals.
Alane shares her parent's passion for MagnaWave because she has seen first-hand how this incredible modality has changed the health of her own family and thousands of others. Amy is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, health & safety, organizational development & training, and compensation/benefits administration - all which help drive our magnificent culture at MagnaWave.
In her free time, she enjoys walking her two dogs, Chuey and Mia, reading, beach vacations, UofL athletics, Major League Baseball (Go Red Birds), hiking, concerts, and music festivals. Her favorite machine is the Julian.

Art is a leader in MagnaWave Product Development and Research. He ensures MagnaWave continues to provide the best machines on the market, works with contract partners regarding new products, as well as research into new markets.
His favorite machines are the Julian and the Pulse Pro, but he is always excited to try the newer devices! In his free time, he and his wife DeeDee enjoy gardening, traveling, and going to the many different restaurants around Louisville.
Cameron joined MagnaWave as an electrical engineer after graduating with a degree in electrical engineering here in Louisville. He work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure our machines are made efficiently by optimizing manufacturing processes. He also works with new product development by testing and verifying new machine reliability as well as innovating for future products. He love to hear how the machines we build are making a difference in the lives of others.

Cameron is responsible for managing all sales efforts, strategically launching new products or services into the market, and ensuring customer service standards are high and continually improving.

Carson assists with our certification and training programs creating connections to grow the educational content here at MagnaWave! She is here to help practitioners through their education, the Practitioner Portal, MagnaWave APP, Practitioner Facebook group, and hands-on training.
Her favorite part of working here is talking to all kinds of different people every day from all over the world and hearing about how MagnaWave has had a positive impact on them!
When she is not working, she enjoys riding and taking care of her 13 yr old off-track thoroughbred, camping, kayaking, and running with her dog.
Chris uses art communicate the brand identity of MagnaWave through images, graphic design, and print media.

Pat Ziemer founded MagnaWave with his wife, DD Ziemer, nearly twenty years ago. Together, they have built their company to the family that it is today. Emily is extremely passionate about connecting with the MagnaWave community. She strategizes MagnaWave's marketing plan by promoting brand awareness.

Gabe is the Director of Manufacturing. He makes sure that our PEMF machines and attachments are up to the the highest standard. Gabe loves working with his family to bring health and wellness around the world.
Garrett works closely with all departments to ensure that materials and supplies stay stocked to ensure that production can continue with as few delays as possible. Garrett works to improve the procurement process and source materials locally to increase the business in the community.

Jamie is here to help guide you through the buying process to match you with the best machine for your need.
Jamie has used MagnaWave for years on her own horses. She grew up on and around horses, raised and showed Club Calves, competed in College and Professional Rodeos in Barrel Racing and Breakaway Roping. She has also worked on the race track as a galloper, assistant trainer, and trainer.

As the accounting manager, Joanne is in charge of all accounts payable and receivable. She also keeps track of all inventory in order to keep our systems up to date.

MagnaWave CEO Pat Ziemer is a best-selling author, speaker, and mentor who is passionate about wellness and Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Therapy and the many benefits it provides. Ziemer has worked with a variety of medical professionals from doctors, veterinarians, and chiropractors who strive to do more for their clients and their business.
Pat is internationally known for his work with MagnaWave and his best-selling book PEMF. Pat likes to keep in touch with his customers during weekly Office Hours via Facebook Live where he answers questions about machines and treatments.

Stephani joined MagnaWave in 2020 and drives business development for our Certified Practitioners to grow their business through the use of our internal marketing services. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Business Marketing and resides in Louisville with her husband, Hunter and their children Hayden and Henley. She is an avid UL fan, enjoys being with friends and family, enjoys being active and spends many weekends at Nolin Lake.

Stephanie manages internal day-to-day operations, company travel, and is one of the lead event planners for the company.

As Manufacturing Lead, Ted is responsible for making certain that we have the correct staffing level to meet our sales and service, maintain proper levels of parts and supplies for builds and repairs, as well as part of the Quality system to ensure proper techniques and guidelines are adhered to.
Theresa handles the online certification process and helps with hands-on training.

Tim is one of our Product Specialists. He explains the specifications and features of our products and services while consulting with existing and potential customers in response to their inquiries about MagnaWaving.

Tyrone is our Maintenance Manager. He has experience in industrial maintenance and is a journeyman millwright. Here at MagnaWave he keeps everything working smoothly from lights to plumbing.
