Prior to joining us, Basil held the title of Chief Financial Officer at several rapid-growth enterprises.

Matt Jenkins - COO

As COO, Matt oversees the entire client experience including sales, delivery and support. He works closely with Pro Teck's clients to thoroughly understand their needs and business challenges, then develops products, processes and services to best serve them. Matt has Operations, Sales and Client Relations reporting to him, aligning all to the common goal of quality and service excellence.

Paul Gomez - CTO

Paul Gomez has a long track record of successful leadership developing and improving operational platforms that provide distinct competitive advantages. An industry leading platform is critical to succeed in a highly regulated and competitive industry. At Pro Teck, Paul and his team ensure we continue to have leading edge technology which brings efficient, compliant and creative product solutions to a rapidly changing and more complex valuation landscape. Equally important, they also make sure that the system is secure enough to meet client security rules and protocols.

T Michael Ousley

Mike's professional background spans more than 40 years in real estate collateral assessment and mortgage banking. Since his days at California Federal Savings Bank, Mike's been instrumental in setting service and quality standards, and driving innovation in the real estate valuation industry. A serial entrepreneur, Mike founded Foster Ousley Conley in 1987, Appraisal Enhancement Services in 1994 and Direct Valuation Solutions (DVS) in 2011. In 2018, DVS was acquired by Pro Teck. Mike's 40 years of experience are evident in the design of VI Direct, our cloud-based software solution for lenders to directly engage appraisers, incorporating appraiser assignment, tracking, QC and payment processing all in one efficient and intuitive platform.

Thomas Hoff

As head of Marketing, Tom has been instrumental in building, promoting and protecting Pro Teck's brand in the marketplace. Pro Teck has a well-earned reputation for quality, service and innovation. Tom's job is to make sure the industry hears the Pro Teck story as we continue to evolve and grow. Tom is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Pro Teck's overall marketing, public relations and communications strategy. If you've read it, heard it or seen it, Tom did it.

Tom O'Grady - CEO

Tom O'Grady is the driving force behind Pro Teck's culture of continuous improvement and industry leadership. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. On a daily basis you will find him interacting with partners, employees and clients to gain a better understanding of all stakeholders to develop the best strategies and solutions Tom's willingness to embrace "what's next" along with the ability to see potential for improvement and new solutions has challenged the industry to rethink its traditional approach to valuations. It's also earned Pro Teck a place on Inc. magazine's list of 5,000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. six times.
