In 2013, amidst heavy community investment cuts, three young leaders came together to form Aspiration Creation Elevation. This unique organisation was first set up to continue the delivery of music mentoring to young people in east-central Bristol's disadvantaged communities, but it quickly became an enterprise with a deeper mission: supporting young people to tackle barriers preventing them from fulfilling their potential in life.
