Our providers at Action Care value time with their patients. We are your neighborhood partners in health... We provide services to both insured and uninsured patients. We can charge for uninsured services on a sliding fee scale. We will also help you apply for insurance through Minnesota's medical assistance program... We are a nonprofit dental clinic that accepts most insurances, including: Minnesota Medicaid, Ucare, HealthPartners, United Healthcare, Medica, Blue Plus, Medicare, Delta Dental and more.
